We’re Now Approved to Deliver the ST0384 Team Leader/Supervisor Standard!

We’re thrilled to share that we have been officially approved to deliver the ST0384 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard – marking another exciting step forward in our mission to support high-quality leadership development across the workforce.

This approval means we can now provide end-point assessments (EPA) for apprentices working towards becoming confident, capable, and effective team leaders in a wide range of industries. Whether in retail, healthcare, manufacturing, education, or the public sector, the Team Leader standard develops the essential skills needed to manage people, projects, and resources with confidence.

What Is the ST0384 Team Leader/Supervisor Standard?

The Team Leader/Supervisor standard is a Level 3 apprenticeship designed for aspiring or newly appointed first-line managers. Typically lasting 12–18 months, this programme supports individuals who are responsible for supporting, managing, and developing team members; delivering results; and contributing to wider organisational goals.

Key areas covered by the standard include:

• Leadership styles and techniques
• Managing people and developing talent
• Project management and planning
• Communication and decision-making
• Operational and financial management
• Building relationships and managing conflict
